    Galentine’s Day HIIT It or Quit It Livestream

    The more you sweat, the less tears you'll have to cry, so do yourself a favor and get with the gals this Valentine's weekend for a high-intensity workout from Jennie Bender. Her HIIT It or Quit It series gives you the opportunity to engage with Jennie on the horrors of dating while sweating it out. Participants track healthy activities, like eating healthy foods and doing physical activity, to earn points for their communities and weekly chances to win prizes. Registration is open now!

    Revitalize your mind, body, and soul with this all-levels class. Tickets include access to gym, showers, and pool deck until 1pm, and yoga mats, towels, Richard’s Rainwater, and fresh pressed juices will be provided.
