  • The Amazing Acro-Cats: Keep It Weird in Austin!

    The Acro-Cats tour supports Rock Cats Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Rock Cats Rescue is focused on saving cats "One Click at a Time" through cat welfare, rescue, and adoption. The Acro-Cats show promotes the importance of bonding and training cats with positive reinforcement, while also finding homes for rescued cats.

    NASCAR at COTA

    Another unforgettable race weekend with the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, and NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series. A variety of ticket packages are available, and even camping if you want to immerse yourself in the action. Grammy winner Darius Rucker will rock you like a wagon wheel at the pre-race concert Sunday, and other entertainment includes a barbecue showdown, a Ricky Bobby impersonator, Lucha Libre wrestling, and an acrobatic/aquatic show with mermaids and more.

      This annual family-friendly event offers something for everyone: Pro Rodeo action, live music, Austin’s largest carnival, a beer and wine garden, food trucks, a livestock show, and a variety of special attractions.       The city's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management will feature student artwork in the 2024 Emergency Preparedness Calendar.       This program from the city of Austin, run by Farmshare Austin, has opened new market locations. There are now six weekly markets around town that sell Texas-grown produce, eggs, honey, and other groceries all at reduced prices. Most major cards are accepted at these markets and if you are a SNAP customer, you can also use your Lone Star card and Double Up Food Bucks.
