Young Women's Leadership Challenge

YWLC was created to inspire high school girls to take action in their local and global communities through a six-day intensive leadership conference, followed by a year of volunteering and training opportunities, and Pangea’s signature Take Action Challenge, which encourages them to create a social enterprise of their own to implement within 10 months.
