    Seventeenth Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt

    Children of all ages are invited to hunt for the thousands of eggs hidden around the Huston-Tillotson University campus, including a $500 scholarship prize egg, prize eggs for school supplies and gift certificates, eggs with candy and coins, and filled baskets. Children will gather in the Mary E. Branch Gymnasium for a brief storytime on the meaning of Easter before joining their age groups and beginning the hunt.: Rain date: Mon., April 10, 4pm.

    Teens are welcome to connect with others through art and culture and embody mental wellness practices with the youth of the ESB-MACC Caminos Teen Leadership program. Emerging artists, mental health pros, and cultural activists will collaborate to help teens break barriers and express themselves.

    Calling all mini Monets! Registration is now open for afterschool and weekend art classes with professional artist and educator Amanda Jones, teaching students ages 8-18. Professional illustrator Carly Dennis also offers a special weekly class for younger artists.

    Easter Bunny Photos at Barton Creek Square

    Find the Bunny Photo Experience in the mall near Cheesecake Factory to get pics with the Easter Bunny. Bring pets along Sun., March 19, 6-8pm, where the Austin Humane Society will get part of the proceeds and will bring adoptable kittens. Kids with special needs are welcome for a sensory-friendly experience Sun., March 26, 10-11:30am.

    Easter Egg Hunt

    Kids ages 2-12 can search for eggs filled with raffle tickets for prizes, play pin the tail on the bunny and corn hole, get their faces painted, decorate eggs, get pics with the Easter Bunny, and meet a live locally famous tortoise, among other activities.
