    Drawing & Painting Classes for Kids

    Calling all mini Monets! Registration is now open for afterschool and weekend art classes with professional artist and educator Amanda Jones, teaching students ages 8-18. Professional illustrator Carly Dennis also offers a special weekly class for younger artists.

    Easter Bunny Photos at Barton Creek Square

    Find the Bunny Photo Experience in the mall near Cheesecake Factory to get pics with the Easter Bunny. Bring pets along Sun., March 19, 6-8pm, where the Austin Humane Society will get part of the proceeds and will bring adoptable kittens. Kids with special needs are welcome for a sensory-friendly experience Sun., March 26, 10-11:30am.
    Through April 8; book reservations online. Free, but registration encouraged.

    H-E-B Free First Sunday

    Get inspired to explore nature and celebrate 100 years of the Texas State Parks system with the special exhibition "Art of Texas State Parks." Enjoy free admission, create nature-based art inspired by the natural landscapes of Texas, and participate in activities for the whole family. Park Ranger Storytime takes place at 11am and 1pm, and rangers will be ohn hand for craft time as well. Plus, make a fun STEM project with GirlStart and create an outdoorsy craft with Girl Scouts of Central Texas.
    Sun., April 2, 10am-5pm. Free.
