Virtual Family Program: Music for a Change

Join the Bullock and Creative Action to stand up for a noble cause and write a song to make our community more inclusive and caring. Listen to protest songs from the Reconstruction era to the Civil Rights movement and discover Texas' role in the fight for racial equality, sing, and dance with the whole family. Inspiration comes from the museum's exhibition "Black Citizenship in the Age of Jim Crow" and the Texas History Galleries.

Plus, check out the very cool interactive tools like the Texas history timeline and "Campfire Stories," an interactive version of Amarillo artist Robert T. Ritter's mosaic that leads you to discover the people who wrote the stories of Texas.
