  • Learn Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.

    Kids Obstacle Challenge

    Kids Obstacle Challenge is an adventure and obstacle course event series for kids ages 5-16 that's both really fun and really dirty. Participants can rope swing into a mud pit, army crawl through tough terrain, scale up rugged cargo nets, and slide into a muddy paradise. (Parents run for free.)
