  • Learn Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.

    Chuck Wagon Breakfast at Frost Bank

    Frost invites the community to welcome the return of Rodeo Austin by coming into Frost’s Cedar Park Financial Center for an old-fashion Chuck Wagon Breakfast. The wagon pulls in at 7:30am, and it will be serving up sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, peach cobbler, coffee, and juice until 9:30. A fiddler will perform live music.
