  • Mindfulness Class

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.

    This fourth annual event is a collaboration between local blacksmithing shop Austin Metal Authority and the Community Forge at Mobile Loaves and Fishes Community First! Village.
