Join artists, activists, teachers, and spiritual leaders to experience a new story of connection instead of separation, of commitment to the common good, of vibrant and collaborative imagination. Join bestselling authors Nadia Bolz-Weber, Charles Eisenstein, Rev. angel Kyodo williams, Brian McLaren, and Kaitlin Curtice, as well as musicians Riders Against The Storm, Carrie Rodriguez, and Over The Rhine, and other speakers, mystics, artists, and people committed to creating a healthier and happier world.

  • Learn Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.
