    26th Annual Flag Day Celebration

    Scores of flags from around the world will be on display and paraded with free bamboo flag poles. Folks are encouraged to make or bring their own flag. Awards will be handed out, and there'll be free soft drinks and treats.

    Fans From Fans

    Family Eldercare's annual summer fan drive collects fans and funds to help provide free fans for 12,000 Central Texans who don't have or can't afford A/C. Activities include a kids' zone with crafts, a bounce house, and a photo booth, plus live music and more!

    Fans From Fans: Tacos & Coffee

    The folks at Shady Grove are providing a free taco and coffee to anyone who donates a fan or $20 from 7-10am. The Fans From Fans event is Family Eldercare's Summer Fan Drive's largest fundraising event of the year, helping to provide resources and heat relief to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Central Texas.

    Murder Walk Austin

    This true-crime walking tour takes you on the morbid journey of America's first serial killer, "The Midnight Assassin" (aka "Servant Girl Annihilator"), who terrorized Austin in 1885. The walk covers two miles of historic Austin at a leisurely pace, plus a drink stop at the Driskill Hotel.
