    The Acro-Cats tour supports Rock Cats Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Rock Cats Rescue is focused on saving cats "One Click at a Time" through cat welfare, rescue, and adoption. The Acro-Cats show promotes the importance of bonding and training cats with positive reinforcement, while also finding homes for rescued cats.

    Car Caravan to Stop the Permian Highway Pipeline

    Kinder Morgan’s Permian Highway Pipeline is a threat to the sole source of drinking water for more than 1.5 million Texans from its origin in the Permian Basin in West Texas, across the Central Texas Hill Country to Katy near the Gulf Coast. This car caravan protest is one way to take a stand against it; call 512/469-3075 for the location.     Easton Park presents its fifth annual Parkapalooza, featuring an evening of virtual performances from Austin bands and to-go food and drinks available for pickup from some local favorites.     Round Rock Hairy Men

    The Round Rock Express was granted a temporary expansion team in the Texas Collegiate League, the state’s first major collegiate summer wood bat league. The team is dubbed the Round Rock Hairy Men in a nod to the area’s local urban legend. The Hairy Men compete locally against the Brazos Valley Bombers July 28-30 and the San Antonio Flying Chanclas July 31 and Aug. 2. Games begin at 7:05pm all days except Sun., Aug. 2, which starts at 6:05pm.
