D3 Candidates Join Group Bike Ride

Ride Bikes Austin hosts a group bike ride including speeches from the District 3 City Council candidates in the Dec. 13 run-off election, Daniela Silva and José Velásquez. Each candidate will have five minutes to explain why they deserve the City Council District 3 seat, starting at 8pm, with the ride commencing at 8:30.
