Community Solabration: Grand Opening of La Loma

Celebrate the grand opening of La Loma – the city's new solar farm in East Austin (which began sending energy to Austin Energy this week). The community is invited to tour the farm, plant sunflowers, enjoy free food and giveaways, visit with city departments, and participate in kids’ activities like face painting and solar car races.
