    A night honoring 50 years of friendship between Austin and Saltillo, its first sister city and the capital of Coahuila, Mexico. The night's honorees are former Austin Mayor Gus Garcia, community leader Gloria Mata Pennington, and late Austin City Council Member John Trevino Jr.
