    Summer sessions will take Humane Heroes on an epic adventure to learn what it means to care for a pet of their own and explore ways to help animals in need. The beloved Teddy Bear surgery is back for two sessions, and an outdoor movie night screens June 23. It all culminates in graduation Aug. 3.

    Republic of Texas Motor Rally

    For its first year at a new home at Mere’s Reserve in Bastrop, find 150 acres dedicated to live music, RV and tent camping, the Derwood Invitational Builder Show, vendor booths, food trucks, libations from local and national brands, a vintage motorcycle display from Hill Country Motorheads, stunt shows from the Ives Brothers and Mexican Acrobats, Demon City mini-bike racing, a Hot Rod and custom car display from the Austin Speed Shop, demo rides, the Peace*Love*Happiness Charity and Veteran’s rides, and more.: As always, you can be sure to enjoy great live music from major label acts such as Foghat, Reverend Horton Heat, Ray Wylie Hubbard, and Jesse Dayton on the rally stage, under the massive 14,500 square foot Rally Pavilion. There you can also take in the craftsmanship from some of the country’s top motorcycle builders, in the Derwood Invitational Builder Show.
