National Trails Day is a nationwide event to encourage people to discover local trails and celebrate spending time outdoors. For the second annual NTD on the VCT Fun Run, Hill Country Conservancy chose a 5K running course or 1-mile walking course highlighting how Dick Nichols Park connects to the Violet Crown Trail.
