  • Mindfulness Class

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.

Now short for All Genders, Lifestyles, and Identities Film Festival, aGLIFF returns with over 100 LGBTQ-focused films from across the globe and an exciting mix of events, panels, and mingling opportunities for filmmakers and cinema lovers.
