  • Learn Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.

    NextTribe Out Loud is a live event where accomplished writers, artists, musicians and activists explore how women age 45+ are reshaping our culture and expressing their rightful power. Come hear musician Sara Hickman, writer Spike Gillespie, TV personality Olga Campos Benz, musician and activist Courtney Santana, author Annabelle Gurwitch and artist Judy Jensen talk about how they’re aging boldly and creatively.
