  • Learn Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.

    RuPaul's Drag Race Presents: Werq the World

    RuPaul's right hand Michelle Visage brings some of Drag Race's best queens to shantay all over Austin's main stage. Queens include season 10 faves Aquaria, Kameron Michael's, Eureka O'Hara, and Asia O'Hara along with all-time all stars bob the Drag Queen, Kim Chi, and Violet Chachki.     Austin's annual summer send-off with nonstop gay parties to get you wet, wild, and feeling good. New this year: all events are free, but donations for beneficiaries (Kind Clinic, Out Youth, AIDS Services of Austin) will be accepted and those that throw some extra money down will be awarded with cheaper drinks and yummy food deals.
