    Pinballz is celebrating the grand reopening of their Lake Creek location to celebrate their massive expansion! New features are the world's first four-person VR arena, North Austin’s largest LED laser tag arena, go karts, bumper cars, and so much more!   • Learn Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

    Interested in exploring a different way of being and living in the world instead of your head? Join the innovative class at MBCT Austin to learn how to be mindful in your daily life and respond to your feelings rather than react to them. You'll learn a unique approach to mindfulness meditation, a practice which has been scientifically proven to change brain chemistry and neuronal structure permanently for the better. The course includes eight (8) classes from 7:00-9:00p.m. on Wednesdays and a half day Saturday retreat. Next course begins April 24th.
