Screened Reading: Homeridae

Here's a livestreamed reading of Alexandra Espinoza's new play featuring an adjunct lecturer and a college freshman who are 1) slightly awkward, 2) deeply passionate about Homer’s The Odyssey, and 3) African-Americans in a very white department at a very white school. This is a play "about who controls the narrative, and about finding your voice when it seems like no one is listening." Directed by Matrex Kilgore for Shrewd Productions.
