    Austin Shakespeare’s Free Shakespeare in Zilker Park series returns with the Bard's most madcap, fae-ensorceled romantic comedy, in which so many favorite characters merge to present one of the world’s great dramatic works. Directed by Ann Ciccolella.

    Colman Domingo's twisted new comedy grapples unflinchingly with aging parents, midlife crises, and the heart of a West Philly neighborhood – brought to vibrant staged life in this new production from Ground Floor Theatre. Directed by Lisa B. Thompson, starring Melody Fullylove as Dotty, with Michelle Alexander, Patti Neff-Tiven, Jeremy Rashad Brown, Grayson Hunt, and Oktavea LaToi.

    Mack & Mabel

    This re-imagined version of the musical Mack & Mabel exposes the destructive, co-dependent relationship between great Hollywood comic director Mack Sennett and the brilliant young star of his early "two-reelers," Mabel Normand. The show features Sebastian Vitale as Mack, Sarah-Marie Curry(!) as Mabel, Katya Welch as Lottie Ames, and Noah Steele as Frank Wyman. Directed by Michael Cooper for Alchemy Theatre.

    Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch

    And here Allen Robertson, Austin's own (Emmy Award-winning) creator of "The Biscuit Brothers," presents a new musical based on the beloved children’s book – a funny, heartwarming story that celebrates friendship, acceptance, and self-esteem, and is sure to delight all ages. Bonus: Nathan Jerkins, Paul Sanchez, and Amber Quick lead the lively cast.
