MACC: ¡Viva México!
This year, the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center hosts its annual Viva México celebration virtually, free of charge, livestreamed on Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter. Hosted by Roen Salinas, the event features music and dance by local artists, family-friendly hands-on activities, a Ballet Folklorico lesson and performance, and a multimedia exhibit from artist Diana Molina – and Consulate General of México Pablo Marentes will give the classic Grito de Independencia to close out the evening.Wed., Sept. 16, 6-8pm. Free.
