Austin Baroque Orchestra: Carnevale Veneziano

Just in time for Carnival season, the orchestra presents a chamber program of early baroque works from Venice and other regions of northern Italy. It's an intimate array of old favorites and new discoveries, with works by Monteverdi, Merula, Uccellini, d'India, Bertali, and others, performed by a small ensemble that includes violin, recorder, cello, dulcian, harp, organ, theorbo, and more.
