    Window Dressing XXIX: Fra[mes]

And here Taylor Holland (a former Austin Chronicle art director, no less!) works the intricate craft of frame-making in the context of contemporary art, filling antique frames with their own content using custom molds built from digital processes.

    Auditions: Esther's Follies

    Esther's Follies on Sixth Street is holding auditions for male performers with comedy, musical, stage, and light dance experiences. Auditions will be held in early August, from 2:30-4pm, or upon appointment. Note: Rehearsals are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week, noon-3pm, and before shows on Thursdays and Fridays, 6-7pm. All performers must attend rehearsals to be in the shows. Pay starts at $600 weekly. See website for details!

    Puerto Rican Folkloric Dance is auditioning for roles in The Prince & The Pana, an original play featuring a multi-ethnic cast: adults, all ages, including lively seniors, for performances in December.
