  • Fredericksburg Craft Beer Festival

    Come see what’s on tap at the second annual Fredericksburg Craft Beer Festival. The Texas craft beer competition will be held on Friday, with the awards dinner taking place at at Altstadt Brewery. On Saturday, 20+ Texas craft breweries will gather on Fredericksburg’s historic town square, Marktplatz, where attendees can sample or purchase a beer.

    Butridge Gallery: Connecting Everything Through Color

    Alicia Philley uses vibrant colors and precisely painted marks to tell stories of our lived environments and their impact on our bodies and minds. Mimicking the complexities of nature through fluttering lines of reflective acrylic paints, Philley alludes to motion, evanescent light, root and fungal networks, and the passage of time. Also showing: "Elements of Nature," sculptures, mobiles, and wall art by Mars Woodhill.

    Martha's Contemporary: Hokey Pokey + What You See Is What You Get

    Here's a two-person exhibition that features painting, installation, videography, and sculpture by Moll Brau and Wes Thompson. It's a deep dive into a pool of loneliness, triumph, and rebirth. It's a forest of mazes where fireflies provide the light. It's a show of creations from a pair of terrific, hardworking local artists and you don't want to miss it.
