Breathe Freely is a somatic-based Hatha yoga practice focused on mental and physical wellness, and this BIPOC-focused event invites participants to boldly take up space and gently listen to the voice within that connects us to the intuitive wisdom of our ancestors. Through somatic, trauma-informed movement meditation and breath work, embody and facilitate deep, restful practices to change the physical and emotional response to stress and trauma.
