    All Together ATX Fund

    Austin Community Foundation and United Way for Greater Austin have begun a community-led philanthropic fund, dubbed All Together ATX, to support communities experiencing economic and health-related hardships caused by COVID-19 in the Austin metro area. Donate online; grant applications are open until April 17, and funds will be distributed beginning May 1.

    The city of Austin has set up a new community forum, dubbed the ATX Emergency Food Systems Exchange, to connect food assistance and volunteers with the people who need them. Do you need or have skills, materials, funds, space, et al.? Visit the site for more information and get connected.

    Austin Animal Center Updates

    Austin Animal Center is closed to the public until at least April 13, meaning they will not be able to take in or adopt out any animals during this time. Due to incredible community outreach, they no longer need fosters at this time, but check back in case that changes. See AAC's Facebook page for details as well as tips for reuniting lost animals with their families while AAC is closed, and remember, donations are always welcome.
