Reading is fundamental, right? And the producers of It Ends With Us aren't letting people forget the book that the upcoming Hollywood drama starring Blake Lively is based on. They're actively encouraging literacy with a scavenger hunt in Austin on Monday, Aug. 5, around the Little Free Libraries of Hyde Park.

Don't know what a Little Free Library is? Well, it's like the "leave a penny, take a penny" tray at stores, but for books. You may have seen what looks like a bird house with bookshelves on your travels, and they serve as a community book exchange - or just a place to leave your surplus volumes to make someone else's day.

The scavenger hunt rules are simple:

• Starting at 9am, use the map to find each participating Little Free Library location (make sure to visit them in order).
1: 4109 Speedway
2: 605 E. 42nd
3: 108 W. 33rd

• At each stop, take a selfie with the library, tag @itendswithusmovie, @littlefreelibrary, and @fonspr, and use the hashtag #itendswithusmovie.

• When you’ve been to all three little free libraries, head to the Baker Center (3908 Ave. B) between 9:30am and 10:30am. Once there, take your final selfie, and you’ll be entered to win tickets for an advance screening of the movie. Stick around for the flower party, with pink lemonade, photo ops, affirmation creations, and more – and don’t forget to drop off a book and pick up your own copy of the original 2016 novel of It Ends With Us written by Colleen Hoover.

It Ends With Us will be released by Sony Pictures Entertainment in theaters on Aug. 9.
