Now in its sixth year, the folks at the ATX Television Festival have become pros at wrangling the cast and creators of some of the most beloved TV shows (Friday Night Lights, Gilmore Girls, The West Wing) for reunions.

This time around is no different, as the fest announced its first round of panels today. Celebrating their 30th anniversary, the folks behind beloved sitcom Designing Women are gathering together to celebrate. On hand will be creator and executive producer Linda Bloodworth-Thomason, as well as cast members Delta Burke, Jean Smart, Annie Potts, Hal Holbrook, Gerald McRaney, and Douglas Barr to reminisce about their time at Sugarbaker & Associates. Another beloved show, Northern Exposure will be honored as well, as creator Joshua Brand is joined by Rob Morrow, John Corbett, Barry Corbin, Janine Turner, and Darren Burrows to tell tales of the quirky characters of Cicely, Alaska.

Speaking of Bloodworth-Thomason, two of her other creations will have star-studded panels. Burt Reynolds and Marilu Henner join the fest to talk about Evening Shade, and Markie Post and Leslie Jordan are confirmed for a Hearts Afire reunion. Another panel in the “Cancelled Too Soon” department brings together executive producers from The Black Donnellys and The Middleman. Expect more announcements as the programming firms up.

The ATX Television Festival will run June 8-11, 2017. For badge info and more, visit
