Vote for (Harmony and) Me
Bob Byington's latest up for a Gotham Audience Award

Yes, yesterday's election results were enough to turn a person off to voting altogether. (We kid. We'd never give up getting that sticker.) Why not reflex your voting muscles and cast a ballot for Harmony and Me?
Austinite Bob Byington's locally shot comedy Harmony and Me is in a field of 26 films in the running for the Gotham Awards' first ever Festival Genius Audience Award, which celebrates festival favorites of the past year. The Chronicle has already sung the praises of Byington here and here and here, but we'll give you a highlight: In her review, Marjorie Baumgarten wrote, "Harmony and Me is funny. The dialogue and performances are sharp and amusing; the shambling pace provides an arena for observational backbeats and conversational fillips."
Further incentive? By casting a ballot, you'll be automatically entered in a contest to win a one night's stay in New York (one night? sheesh) and two tickets to the IFP Gotham Awards held on Nov. 9.
You can vote here. And act now: Polls close Sunday, Nov. 7.
