Austin OUTs itself, Texas gets beat down, and a straight mens' magazine looks to us for leadership, as your AggreGAYtor cries crocodile tears for victims of marriage.

The Good

Austin goes whole hog for OUTober.

Fifteen states and the District of Columbia have filed briefs against Texas’ marriage ban.

SCOTUS is under heavy pressure to rule on marriage rights.

Facebook backs off its outing of trans folk and drag queens, promises a thorough review.

Umm, Men’s Health has an advice column from teh gay.

The Bad

Anti-gay laws break bones and pick pockets.

Maybe this is good, but queer folks in Uganda get six hours a week to be themselves.

The Fugly

Melissa Klein is welling up with emotion about wedding cakes, as long as they aren’t gross icky gay cakes.

It Came from the Tubes
