The Good

Hawaii has become the 15th state to recognize marriage equality.

The Kickstarter campaign for Before You Know It is over, and it’s a success! Thanks to all the readers who kicked in.

Former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor has presided over a same-sex marriage at her former workplace.

Have a list of LGBTQ picture books.

Queer Nation acts up at an official Olympic countdown event, urging a boycott. Meanwhile groups lobby national organizing committees to set up an underground queer Pride House.

Word of the day: “Chandelier Queer.” We prefer the “Queen Boheme” lifestyle.
