The Good

• Prop 8 supporters in California have been told to stay out of our queer business.

• Remember how Obama refuses to sign an executive order barring LGBTQ discrimination? Looks like the courts may do it for him.

• Chicago opens the first comprehensive transgender housing center in the nation.

• The same marriage opponents are probably anticipating anarchy in the UK.

• Will Texas’ new abortion restrictions pass legal muster? Only if conservatives are able to stack the courts.

• Aww, the scary gay terrorists have the ex-gays on the run. Probably the same ones trying to shoot Roger Ailes.

• 32,000 ask CNN to stop allowing Tony Perkins to speak on behalf of all Christians.

The Bad

• Trayvon Martin deserved justice. Yes, it’s relevant. Matthew Shepherd made straight people uncomfortable in elevators--taste that rainbow? 35 LGBTQ rights groups agree.

• The FDA blood ban is still with us because, y’know, who needs blood?

• DOMA’s demise doesn’t mean much for some couples unless comprehensive immigration reform passes.

The Fugly

• Greg Abbott makes gubernatorial bid, vows to keep mum on the homosex.
