It's the time of the season for loving… new music. I'm Gone With the Wind fabulous. Let's twirl.

"Deviant" Double Duchess
My favorite new find of SXSW was this kooky booty-hop duo. Take Xteene and Yo Majesty, add poppers, pop rocks, and soda, twerk it all together and you have this fresh new act. They could double team me any day.

"A Tooth for an Eye" The Knife
This warped German duo's second single from their long awaited new album, Shaking the Habitual is aimless, clattering rinkydink but charming nonetheless.

"Sacrilege" Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Karen O & Co. can almost do no wrong in my ears, and they do not disappoint with this first single off Mosquito. This bluesy, cathartic rocker channels the ghost of Tina Turner and Pink Floyd. One serious bend and snap for the sassy choir craziness. This song almost makes up for their awful album cover.

"All the Time" The Strokes
This can of generic rock is well past its best-by date, but it'll do in a pinch. Initial listens to their latest album, Comedown Machine suggest they may have a few interesting ideas left.

"It's Alright, It's OK" Primal Scream
Bobby continues to leave electronics behind to revisit their Rolling Stones aping career-low Give Out but Don't Give Up. This couldn't possibly get anyone's rocks off. Bring back Kate Moss and Mani.

"Love Is the Devil" Dirty Beaches
This mournful, gauzy shadow of love is the first taste of the instrumental half of his upcoming double LP, Drifters/Love Is the Devil. I can't wait to hear more.

There's so much more to cover, but you know I like to take it slow. Tune back in tomorrow. VEVO la revolución.
