AGLIFF: The Countdown Begins

By Andy Campbell, September 2, 2009, 6:13pm, Qmmunity

Tuesday is the day that Austin becomes the center of the queer film world, and we're about as excited as a teacup chihuahua. The Austin Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (aGLIFF) has only been gaining in popularity and national repute in recent years, and this year's program looks like it will only continue the trend.

This year the festival is happening at the Alamo S. Lamar, which is a good thing because it means more space to accomodate all those screenings. You can view the full schedule of films here.

Individual tickets for screenings are $10 a piece, that is, unless you have a badge which are $80 (or if you're a student $40!)

As usual you can depend on the Gay Place to bring you the best of the fest- movie reviews and interviews with the celluloid queers! Now we've got some popcorn to pop.
