Jiggle While you Wiggle

On Saturday we were given a book of workouts we need to do during the week. Even though yesterday was a sacred day (the Cowboys were playing), I still managed to get 20 minutes of walking/jogging in. Well, it was more walking than jogging. I jiggle when I jog and I just don’t like jiggling. Anyway, during my workout around the neighborhood, I could smell just about EVERYONE BBQing. My mouth was watering by the time I got home. So, of course, I threw some (skinless) chicken on the grill and got ready to enjoy the game.

About this workout book…I started to read ahead and I noticed that our “rest days” are non-existent in the last few weeks of training. There’s even a day when we have to walk/jog/run for an hour and a half. AN HOUR AND A HALF, PEOPLE!! That’s like an extra-long episode of Grey’s Anatomy!! {sigh} I wont grin, but I will bear it.

And about Greg’s post below, I totally agree. I don’t go anywhere interesting and I have NO pets, therefore how can I compete with vacation photos and puppies? Though, if cuteness will get me a better chance at winning, allow me to share this photo of a dog I was dog-sitting a couple of months ago. I brought him to work with me. Look, doggy working at the office! Cute, right?
