As the world’s eyes turn to Madrid for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, Austin-based Texas Interfaith Center for Public Policy/Texas Impact is sending to the Chronicle daily dispatches from the conference.
In this latest video, Climate Action Network's Kevin Buckland emcees the Fossil of the Day award for the country that's the best at being the worst. In other words, not the kind of "We're #1!" the U.S. wants to be chanting about. But at least we've got a comrade-in-infamy on the podium with us?
