As the world's eyes turn to Madrid for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, Austin-based Texas Interfaith Center for Public Policy/Texas Impact is sending to the Chronicle daily dispatches from the conference.

In this second video, social & climate justice advocate Sadie DeCoste and Harjeet Singh, Global Climate Lead at ActionAid, decode the issue of "Loss and Damage" as it relates to the climate crisis.
