As the world's eyes turn to Madrid for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, Austin-based Texas Interfaith Center for Public Policy/Texas Impact is sending to the Chronicle daily dispatches from the conference.
In this first video, U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and the U.S. Congressional delegation address the conference and reaffirm America's commitment to fighting climate change despite President Trump's abrupt decision in 2017 to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Agreement.
