CNN, CBS, and Fox News have all declared Barack Obama the winner of the presidential election.
According to CNN, four key battleground states are still outstanding – Nevada, Colorado, Virginia, and Florida – but with the current reports, Obama has taken 274 electoral votes.
In early numbers from Travis County, Obama was the decisive winner as well, but all 38 Electoral College votes from Texas went to Romney.
