Singer-songwriter Fiona Apple joins the ranks of other notables – think Willie Nelson, chief among them – busted near the Mexico border on a drug charge. Suffice it to say, Apple won't be making it to town for her show tonight at ACL Live.

According to the Hudspeth County Sheriff's Office, Apple was busted in Sierra Blanca Wednesday evening after a drug-sniffing dog detected pot on her tour bus. If it had just been the "little tiny amount" of pot the sheriff's spokesman said had been found, Apple likely would've been on her way in no time. Unfortunately, officers also found a small amount of hashish, the possession of which, in any amount, is a felony.

According to the ACL Live website, all tickets for tonight's show will be valid for the rescheduled date. No word on when that will be.
