Today is Election Day in the Austin City Council Place 3 run-off between incumbent Randi Shade and challenger Kathie Tovo. Polls are open 7am-7pm. Voters must cast ballots in the precinct in which they reside. Don't forget, we'll have coverage at Election Central.
