Tovo knocks Shade in closing ad

Randi makes it rain
Randi makes it rain

Early voting ends today, and Kathie Tovo knows it. As election night fave, Tovo seemingly benefited from lower voter turnout; with turnout in the run-off well above where it was in the general, Tovo's drawing some "stark distinctions" of her own in a clip going after Randi Shade.

Like Shade's dubious clip tying Water Treatment Plant No. 4 to firefighting capacity, dismantled by environmentalist Paul Robbins, this clip keeps up the run-off's fast and loose factual trend. Saying Shade's "voted for millions in development deals and contracts" is true - but it's also true of every single council member, at every single council meeting. Also, that $13 million "to help a race track" were water lines to the area, approved by the entire council (including Tovo's biggest supporter/kindred spirit Laura Morrison), which should be reimbursed through future water sales.

Did we mention election day is Saturday?
