-Russia approved an important arms pact with the U.S., the first such agreement between the two countries in years.

-New York is looking at legislation to cut down on pedestrians distracted by cell phones or iPods.

-Risk of stroke is increased by traffic noise, according to a new Danish study.

-The Superbowl may surprisingly aid local Austin businesses.

-And finally, an Arizona restaurant will have to take a few items off their menu.
