Today Is Election Day
Polls open 7am-7pm
By Lee Nichols, 5:00AM, Tue. Nov. 2, 2010

Good morning. Today is Election Day. Polls are open 7am-7pm. Voters must vote in the precinct in which they are registered. If you live in Travis County, find your precinct here, or enter your address at this Google site. For full information and election coverage, go to Election Central.
Know your rights in the polling place. NO MATTER WHAT: CAST A BALLOT, even if someone tries to tell you that you cannot. If your name does not appear on voter rolls, or if you lack proper identification, you still have the right to cast a provisional ballot. Once election officials ascertain that you are indeed eligible to vote, your ballot will be recorded.
