Northcross/Wal-Mart Case Left Hanging
Judge only says she'll decide soon.
By Lee Nichols, 11:59AM, Fri. Nov. 2, 2007
I was too busy on another story yesterday to get down to the Travis County Courthouse to hear the Allandale Neighborhood Association's request for summary judgment in its court case against the Wal-Mart at Northcross, but apparently Judge Margaret Moore neither granted nor denied the request and only said she'll make a decision soon. You can read about it at the Allandale web site.
