DCCC Does Ad-Buy for Ciro Rodriguez

Having rode late into Ciro Rodriguez's cash-strapped battle against incumbent Henry Bonilla in Congressional District 23, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has, according to Paul Burka, ponied up $154,000 in ad-buys for Rodriguez.
