Girls Rock Camp Austin is in session

The Girls of Summer

The 2010 edition of the Girls Rock Camp Austin starts this week, a summer camp of sorts for girls 11-17 who want to learn how to play instruments. Of course, a by-product of the camp is the friendships the girls make, and the bands they form throughout the week.

This Saturday, June 19 at the HighBall, catch those bands in all their empowered glory, make donations for the next session in July, and bear witness to the next generation of girls with three chords and the truth. 1pm.
